Meaning
In LXXXVI.8–9 τὸ καλόν, the good, is the subject of ὑπάγῃ: anticipated in thought, it may lead human life onward with delights. Dream is the revealer in the preceding clauses, not the grammatical subject here. The purpose-construction with ὡς ἄν should not become an unconditional promise of happiness to every dreamer.
