Meaning

Nemesis is asked to end purposes described as impure, πανυπέρφρονας and changeable (LXI.12). Here the intensified compound condemns arrogant presumption. It should not be confused with the favourable exaltation expressed by πανυπέρτατος, even though both begin with a totalizing prefix.
