English renderings
destroyer of all

Meaning

Earth is all-destroying in the same line that calls her all-nourishing, all-giving and fulfilment-bringing (XXVI.2). The epithet preserves the destructive side of the hymn’s comprehensive account. Translating the whole sequence only as fertility would remove an intentional contrast.
