English renderings
hate; reject

Meaning

Nemesis rejects intricate, continually unstable discourse at LXI.4. The participle makes λόγον the object of her aversion. This is an adopted reading with a real alternative: ἀλλ’ ἔχθουσα, “but hating,” replaces reported ἀλλάσσουσα, “changing.” The printed hymn condemns such speech rather than saying that Nemesis alters it.
