English renderings
ever-flourishing; ever-blooming

Meaning

The Horai and Charites are themselves ever-flourishing, but Hestia is asked to make initiates so at LXXXIV.4. This shift turns divine abundance into a requested human benefit. Continuing bloom sits beside blessedness, good cheer and purity there; it need not refer to literal vegetation in the initiates.
