English renderings
fickle; shifting; unstable

Meaning

Nemesis is asked to halt fickle purposes at LXI.12; Justice breaks the shifting people who have not entered her yoke at LXIII.6. Instability is ethically charged in both. The apparatus attributes both printed forms to Hermann, against ἀλλιτροτάτας in the former and ἀλλ’ ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ in the latter, so the repeated epithet depends on the edition’s readings.
