Historical Definition
Kibrith is sulphur.
Meaning
Kibrith and Kaprili receive the same equivalent. The dictionary does not assign a different treatment, colour or degree of purity to either. Their separate headings preserve alternate naming, not necessarily separate materials.
Use in the Book
For passages speaking of the sulphur within all things, compare Oleitas rerum. That general expression has a different scope from an isolated name for sulphur, and context must determine which scope is intended.
Places to Read
Kaprili. An alternative name for sulphur.
Oleitas rerum. Oiliness of things interpreted through their sulphur.
