The First Response’s historical phrase is Centro Mundi. Note n231 gives the dictionary-like formulation Centrum mundi. The two forms point to the same world-centre expression, but only the former is the exact attestation in First Response · unit 7.
This is a normalization distinction, not evidence that the mountain has acquired a different geographical location. The response surrounds it with opposed descriptions of size, hardness and distance. The exact-form lookup preserves Centro Mundi, while a normalized access label may direct the reader to the same explanation without pretending to be the printed form.
