Meaning
Θυηπολία names the performance of sacrificial worship. It is an activity-word broad enough to embrace the offered rite, not the name of one material placed on a fire. Its two primary occurrences frame the introductory Prayer, first as something to learn and finally as something the divine recipients are asked to attend.
Use in the book
Prayer.1 tells Musaeus to learn the greatly revered θυηπολίη. The next line joins this instruction with learning the prayer itself. The opening therefore relates performed worship and voiced invocation without reducing either to the other. At Prayer.44 the demonstrative “this” points back to the present sacred performance, now accompanied by an august libation. The preceding line asks the gods to come favourably with rejoicing hearts.
This framing makes the long list of divine recipients part of an offered occasion, not a detached catalogue of names. Yet the noun does not supply a complete ritual manual. It leaves unstated many details of participants, equipment, sequence, and location. The most secure reading is that the text presents prayer, sacrificial worship, and libation as coordinated components of a divine invitation. More specific claims must come from more specific words or rubrics.

Translation
The English “sacrificial worship” or “ritual offering” should retain the active, performed quality of the noun. Compare θυμίαμα for a rubric’s fumigation offering and θυσία for sacrificial acts or offerings. Their overlap does not make the three words synonyms in every construction, nor does θυηπολία alone specify an animal victim.
