English renderings
rushing with fire

Meaning

The Stars rush with fire as they circle in eddies (VII.4). LSJ recognizes the adopted πυριρρόθιοι as conjectural, and the apparatus reports περιθρόνια, associated lexically with being around a throne. The latter has difficult agreement here. Dictionary recognition of the adopted sense does not independently confirm its manuscript history.
