Meaning
Kataskeuē is the arrangement or equipment by which something is fitted for an activity. In this analysis it names a constitution enabling a natural function.
Use in the book
The discussion distinguishes a part’s subject, form, activity, constitution, and power. Constitution is its fitness for the relevant natural work; power is a condition of that constitution through which the activity can occur. These distinctions prevent a bodily part from being defined solely by its visible material.

Translation in this edition
“Constitution” needs its functional sense here. “Construction” alone may suggest only the process of making the part.
Source note
Wachsmuth, volume I, printed pp. 352. The text allows some constitutions and powers to coincide in the relevant respect. Its distinctions are analytical, not a claim that each term always names a separate object.
