The supplied Note on the Text describes an English-only EPUB omitting German and apparatus. Inspection of the actual attached EPUB shows that this description does not fit that file: it contains the German historical text and the editorial apparatus as well as the English translation.
The 237 historical units, each with German and English, were reconciled across the supplied Markdown, DOCX, EPUB and PDF. All 474 language passages were found in agreement after documented presentation normalization. This establishes the supplied files’ historical-text correspondence, not a new collation of the 1619 and 1661 prints. The stale format statement is therefore identified here without altering the user’s source files.
