Allmacht is omnipotence, assigned to God and the eternal Son in the main allegory. The ability to accomplish what he wills is joined to the assertion that all things are from, through and in him. The wording concerns originating and sustaining agency, not simply an unusually strong capacity to alter materials.
The paragraph begins by saying that names of the earthly stone apply to God more truly and in the highest degree. That comparative rule governs the later titles, including divine power. The English ‘only mighty one’ renders the exclusiveness of allein mächtige. It should not be flattened into a claim that the material stone itself possesses unrestricted divine omnipotence.
