Phrase.
Fusil de munition is the standard service firearm in this context, rendered “service musket,” not a special weapon for carrying ammunition. All such arms are to go to the men called up for the war, while the local National Guard will use hunting guns and pikes. The allocation makes scarcity visible and differentiates front-line supply from local defence. The word réquisitionnaires here denotes mobilised men, not requisitioned objects.
