Reimpregnation is renewed reception of celestial powers by earth previously stripped of them. Crystalline little stones and shining sparks are the visible signs the author claims for that renewed fertility.
I.7.1 says that earth exposed to air becomes pregnant again and continues to sprout. The agency is relational: air conveys higher influences, and earth receives and manifests them. It is not a claim that the earth independently originates the powers it lost. The emphatic “always” belongs to the reported natural-philosophical assertion, not a guarantee of repeatable modern crystal growth. The passage also explains why nearby earth is a privileged place of observation while the spirit is not confined to terrestrial things.
The English keeps the renewed force of r'engrossie and the small-scale pierrettes rather than silently naming a modern crystal species. The forms are descriptions, not a sufficient reagent identification.
