In tres-monde, monde means clean or purified, not “world.” The adjective describes the substance after the elimination of its impurities in II.3.22. The nearby world-language elsewhere in the treatise makes the false-friend risk especially strong, but the local syntax and purification argument are decisive. The passage requires preservation of substance without its destruction and distinguishes the victorious remaining salt from something newly generated by fire. “Very clean” consequently names the proposed result of purification, not a new cosmological object.
