Meaning

Reverberation is generally a furnace operation associated with calcination, refining, and separating volatile constituents. The related verb reverberari has a different local use in the account of dissolved copper, where the edition renders it as striking material down from a liquid. That solution-context sense should not be automatically replaced with reflected furnace heat merely because the word recurs.
