Turbith

Meaning

Form.

The conclusion names turbith among historical ways a physician might have introduced mercury into a sick body. This serves the author’s speculative alternative explanation for gold allegedly found between a corpse’s teeth. The source does not establish that the treatment was safe or that gold actually formed. The term is recorded for contextual lookup, not as medical or laboratory guidance.
