Ram; Aries

Meaning

Lemma.

Normalized lemma for the printed genitive Arietis. Saturn says the best water is drawn through our chalybs found in the belly of Aries. The passage offers no unambiguous explanation of whether this names a material, a celestial sign, a season or overlapping correspondences. A responsible gloss records the clue and its speaker without choosing one of those possibilities as an established solution.
