Meaning
Three Floreat acclamations beneath the owl wish that the catholic Magnesia of the philosophers flourish. The following phrase specifies the Magnesia treated in this book, anchoring the wish to the doctrine just defended.
Use in the book
The positive acclamation follows the emblem's question about people who will not see despite torches, light and spectacles. It does not answer that resistance by disclosing a hidden name. Instead it reaffirms the subject whose recognition the whole treatise has sought to establish.
The threefold repetition echoes the subscription's three Hallelujahs. Its object differs: the first praises, while the second wishes flourishing to the Magnesia of this treatise. The closing pages thus contain related but distinguishable speech-acts before the trade information of the colophon.

Translation in this edition
Preserve the elliptical “of which in this treatise of mine” without turning it into a new complete explanatory sentence presented as source text. The supplied translation retains the ellipsis.
Source note
The modern note records an apparent wrong type where an exclamation is expected. Its adopted punctuation does not affect the three repeated acclamations.
