Meaning

The Latin motto invokes shelter under divine wings before the father’s last testament begins. It establishes a devotional frame for the bequest rather than naming an alchemical material or a physical vessel. The invocation belongs to the heading of this separate companion work; it does not establish that its anonymous father is Ali Puli. Its protective image also differs from the later hand in the engraving, which the prose interprets specifically as an oath about the true matter.
