Meaning

Clarificiren concerns the clarity or purity assigned to a named material in passage 17. Fix in passage 18 denotes a comparatively stable, nonvolatile condition sought within the historical work. Fermentirt names the gold-associated metallic fermentation of the fixed material, a relation directed toward the claimed tincture rather than modern microbial fermentation. The condition and the gold-related operation should not be collapsed into one undifferentiated transformation. These words are not definitions of modern reaction mechanisms. They mark different predicates and roles in the father’s account, whose alleged result is a tincture. The lexicon preserves those lexical distinctions without reproducing ingredients, proportions, sequence or heat management.
