Latin
Huius circuli leges sunt, vt febrili & lentissimo fimi calore moueatur, ne volatilia effugiant, & turbetur spiritus tempore strictissimæ eius coniunctionis cum corpore; tunc enim in summâ tranquillitate & ocio negotium peragitur; ideò ne vllis ventis aut imbribus commoueatur terra maximè cauendum est: Demum vt tertius hic circulus secundo statim & suo ordine semper succedat, veluti secundus primo: Sic per opera interrupta & per vices tres illi circuli erratici vnam circulationem integram complent, quæ pluries repetita omnia tandem in terram vertit, & pacem inter inimicos statuit.
English
The laws of this circle require it to be moved by the fever-like, very gentle heat of dung, lest volatile things escape and the spirit be disturbed at the time of its closest union with the body. For then the business is performed in the greatest tranquillity and leisure; the utmost care must therefore be taken that the earth is not stirred by any winds or rains. Finally, this third circle must always follow the second immediately and in its proper order, just as the second follows the first. Thus, through interrupted operations performed by turns, those three wandering circles complete one entire circulation. Repeated many times, this finally turns everything into earth and establishes peace between enemies.
