English

Besides those decisive signs, which are rooted in the matter and indicate its essential changes, almost countless other colours play deceptively and display themselves in the vapours like a rainbow in clouds. They soon pass away and are effaced by those that follow, affecting the air more than the earth. The practitioner should pay them little heed, for they are not permanent and do not proceed from the matter's inward disposition, but from fire painting and fashioning anything at will, or even by chance, through colour in a tenuous moisture.
