Part II — Chapter 1: Nature
German & Latin
Aldieweilen unfehlbar wahr ist / was Sendivogius sagt: Sine lumine & cognitione Naturæ impossibile est, hanc assequi artem.
Candida Phoenix Philosophica: Part II — Chapter 1: Nature
84These alchemists and laboratory workers sufficiently reveal that they lack an understanding of nature. They will therefore never be able to attain a proper result, but must remain perpetually caught in their error. For Sendivogius’s saying is unfailingly true: “Without the light and knowledge of nature, it is impossible to attain this art.”
